Fairly clean hotel, really helpful staff, perfect and magnificent location down into Padstow harbour. Well decorated room with an electric kettle, central heating and an iron, and absolutely fabulous view of the sea from it. Location right by surrounding areas as well as tor view, good friendly place to be.

Tor view was a cozy refuge during storm ciaran. Lisa was an amazing host. Our standard double room was clean, with a comfy bed and a lovely view of the estuary. Breakfast upstairs had great options, especially the porridge that we loved. It was just a short stroll to the town center.

Limited air conditioning options could be uncomfortable during summer heat!!! Cramped en-suite facilities. Some noise from above rooms could disrupt peaceful rest!!! Improved drainage in bathrooms would be appreciated!!!

Lovely Stay with Really good Service
James and Lisa's hospitality made all the difference, especially when they stored our luggage. Breakfast offerings was so good with gluten-free options readily available. Don't miss the fresh milk and chilled water in the rooms. It's the little touches, made it special.

The place was super clean and the breakfasts were great. We hit up the Camel estuary and the local market, both just a short walk away. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for a chill group getaway!
One thing that could use improvement is the limited parking available. It was tricky finding a spot near the hotel during peak times.

Perfect cleanliness throughout the hotel.
We faced several inconveniences. The limited parking made it difficult to find a secure spot, especially during peak hours. The air conditioning was lacking, which turned our room into an uncomfortable space due to the summer heat. Lastly, the cramped en-suite facilities were disappointing and didn't meet our expectations.

The B&B was lovely with clean and modern rooms. Great views from the breakfast area. Breakfast had plenty of choices, though the towels were a bit scratchy. Being on a hill made for a steep return walk, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues.
